Designing your residential and commercial irrigation system
Our irrigation team designs custom sprinkler systems tailored to homes’ and businesses’ landscaping needs. After an initial examination of your property, we draft a plan for your irrigation system that considers the varying water needs of your landscape.
We then install your irrigation system using only premium quality components for a long-lasting system that will keep your landscape looking immaculate and healthy for many years.
Irrigation maintenance and repair
We provide irrigation repair and maintenance services to ensure your lawn survives and thrives by keeping your sprinkler system effective year-round. With consistent maintenance, we’ll ensure your sprinkler system isn’t overwatering your lawn and increase the lifespan of your system.
It also highlights any parts that may need to be repaired or replaced. We also provide irrigation winterizing and spring startup services to protect your system from the potentially harmful effects of temperature changes.
Landscape and irrigation design process
We understand that designing an irrigation system can be daunting, but we are here to help you navigate the process. Our landscape and irrigation design process involves a series of steps that ensure your system works effectively and efficiently.
- Step 1: Water source identification
Our irrigation contractors begin by identifying the available water sources in your local area. This may include assessing the water quality and quantity and checking for any restrictions or regulations that may affect your irrigation system.
- Step 2: Local environmental conditions
The next step is for our expert landscape irrigation system designers to take measurements of the local environmental conditions. This includes analyzing the soil type, climate, and specific plant needs, a process that helps to determine the exact amount of water each plant requires, leading to optimal water usage.
- Step 3: System design
Once we have established the water source and local environmental conditions, our professionals can design a customized irrigation system for your unique landscape. The design process includes programming software to respond to weather changes, selecting the right timer, and carefully positioning each sprinkler head for optimal coverage.
- Step 4: Blueprint creation
Before installation, our irrigation designers create detailed blueprints of the system, which specify the hardware required and the exact location for each component. This ensures that the installation process is smooth and efficient.
- Step 5: Installation and monitoring
Our team of skilled professionals installs the hardware and carefully monitors the system to ensure it works as intended. Since irrigation systems are an investment, we want to ensure they work at their best.
Sprinklers vs. drip irrigation
The choice of irrigation system depends on the landscape setting. High-water pressure sprinkler systems are often the best option for relatively flat areas, such as lawns. The spray from the sprinklers can effectively reach all the plants within range.
On the other hand, drip irrigation systems are more suitable for areas with tall plants in a bed. Tall plants can block the water from irrigation sprays, causing it to not reach other plants behind them.
Our experienced team can help you choose the right irrigation system for your landscape, considering the types of plants and the terrain.
