Turning Bethesda Backyards Into Luxury Retreats
In Bethesda, Maryland, homeowners searching for the best pool builder in Bethesda often choose Eden Design Group — a family-owned design-build company known for crafting luxury inground pools and complete outdoor living spaces.
At Eden Design Group, we specialize in designing and building luxury inground pools that complement Bethesda’s architecture, terrain, and lifestyle. As a family-owned design-build company, we manage every phase in-house — from design and permitting to construction and maintenance — ensuring quality, accountability, and beauty in every detail.
1️⃣ Local Expertise Matters: Understanding Bethesda’s Landscape and Permits
Building a pool in Bethesda isn’t like building anywhere else. Montgomery County’s grading, sediment control, and stormwater management regulations are some of the most detailed in the region.
As Bethesda pool construction experts, our team handles:
Site grading and drainage planning to protect your property
Coordination with engineers and inspectors to streamline approvals
This local expertise means your project moves smoothly — avoiding costly delays or redesigns common when working with out-of-area contractors.
2️⃣ Custom Design for Every Home
Every property in Bethesda is unique — from historic Edgemoor residences to contemporary builds near Bradley Hills. That’s why we never take a one-size-fits-all approach.
Our Bethesda pool design specialists use 3D modeling to visualize your space before construction even begins. We tailor each design to your architecture, sun exposure, and elevation, creating a pool that feels like it’s always belonged there.
Whether you’re envisioning a modern geometric pool with spa jets or a freeform retreat surrounded by natural stone, Eden Design Group brings your vision to life with precision and artistry.
3️⃣ Full Outdoor Living — Not Just Pools
While many companies stop at the pool, we create complete outdoor environments.
Our in-house crews design and build:
Paver and natural stone patios
Outdoor kitchens and fire features
Retaining walls, seat walls, and lighting
Irrigation and drainage systems integrated into the design
Bethesda homeowners appreciate that they can work with one trusted company from concept to completion, without juggling multiple contractors.
4️⃣ Family-Owned. Detail-Driven. Built to Last.
Eden Design Group is a husband-and-wife-owned business, not a franchise. That means every pool we build represents our name and our promise of quality.
Our crews are long-term employees — trained in gunite craftsmanship, hardscaping, and water management — and we use only premium materials designed for decades of enjoyment.
Each project is personally overseen by our leadership team, ensuring every finish meets our standard of excellence. This is what makes us the best pool builder in Bethesda.
